This article is a daily progress record of a patient who has been rehabilitating left hemiparesis for approximately 6 years after a stroke. It distinguishes statements from the patient and caregiver from observations in the video.
Thursday, September 3, 2026. This video is a record of the 12th walking practice of a patient continuing rehabilitation after a stroke.
The patient continued to move indoors under the hand support and close protection of assistive personnel. We recorded not only scenes of walking in a straight line, but also the process of changing direction and moving again.
We still need help with the moving process. This video is not intended to demonstrate independent walking or to prove the effectiveness of a specific treatment, but rather is a personal case record of the rehabilitation under which assistive conditions was carried out at the time.
I believe that what is more important than one movement is the process of continuing to practice safely while carefully examining today's conditions.
LACELLIC supports patients and their families as they continue their rehabilitation.
The changes recorded in this case may be influenced by several factors, including cell-related treatment, physical rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation, manual therapy, repetitive practice, and daily condition.
A causal relationship between specific treatments and changes in function has not been confirmed, and the video is only a performance scene at some point in time and does not prove the effectiveness of the treatment.
Individual progress and results may vary, and treatment and rehabilitation plans must be determined after consultation and evaluation by medical staff.
