Liver cancer is a malignant tumor that originates from liver cells and is often discovered too late, so much so that it is called a silent organ.
In some cases, there are no obvious changes in the beginning, and systematic and immediate planning is already required at the time of discovery.
Because of these characteristics, accurate testing and treatment by medical staff should be prioritized rather than judging based on symptoms alone.
To treat liver cancer, various methods such as surgery and chemotherapy are considered depending on the patient's condition and progress. However, such treatment sometimes places a burden on the entire body's physical strength and immunity, and discussions have continued to look at follow-up preparations for residual cancer that may remain after treatment.
Recently, research on treatment approaches using immune cells is also continuing. Our body’s NK cells and immune cell treatment - LACELLIC’s own EvoNK
NK cells (natural killer cells) are cells known to play a role in recognizing and responding to abnormal cells in our body's immune system, and are an area of ongoing research related to cancer. LACELLIC's EvoNK is an immune cell therapy platform that goes beyond simply collecting and culturing cells and aims to engineer cells so that they can function for a long time in the body.
Here's where LACELLIC looks together in the Liver Cancer Program:
• Intensive design for the first 3 months immediately after diagnosis • Maximizing tumor cell immune response • Increased therapeutic synergy effect • On-site customized cell manufacturing
The program is reviewed as a series of three sequential steps. First, a treatment strategy immediately after diagnosis is established through digital twin simulation before transplantation, highly activated EvoNK cells are administered through BM patent-based on-site manufacturing, and after transplantation, EvoX signal synchronization and continuous immune monitoring are continued.
The entire process is designed as a step-by-step structure leading to precise diagnosis, on-site manufacturing and implantation, and follow-up care, and the schedule is reviewed according to the patient's condition.
However, the degree of liver cancer progression, liver function status, concomitant diseases, and systemic condition all differ from patient to patient. Rather than uniformly applying a specific method, priority is given to comprehensively examining the current condition, consulting with medical staff, and reviewing individual application and plans.
It is a priority to continue any existing surgery or anti-cancer drug treatment according to the judgment of the medical staff in charge, and the immune cell program is not a replacement for this. Medical tour information for overseas patients
For overseas patients, not only medical treatment and treatment, but also the schedule before and after visiting Korea must be considered. LACELLIC provides consultation regarding treatment schedules and medical tourism so that overseas patients can more conveniently prepare their domestic treatment schedule.
Information on movement and stay after arrival at the airport, remote tracking and follow-up care after returning home is also provided. The specific scope of support may vary depending on the patient's schedule and program and can be confirmed through prior consultation.
Liver cancer management and immune cell programs may be applied differently depending on the individual's condition. EvoNK also prioritizes the process of confirming applicability based on sufficient testing and consultation with medical staff.
Treatment effectiveness may vary depending on the individual.
